Evaluation of Environment Programme in Tunisia

Progress review and strategic consulting

Implemented jointly by the Tunisian Ministry for Environment and German Technical Cooperation GTZ, the German Tunisian Environment Programme will enter into its third phase.

In order to evaluate its state of progress and adjust conception and objectives, Global21 carries out a project progress review.

In particular, Global21 is charged to evaluate the programme's activities regarding technological cooperation and waste management. The mission includes an internal impact evaluation in accordance with the OCDE criteria and the 5 Capacity Works success factors.
